Membership
As a Yu Health member, you will receive:
- Same-day or next-business-day appointments whenever clinically appropriate
- Extended appointments with your physician
- Direct physician access via phone, text message, email, and secure messaging
- Telemedicine visits when medically appropriate
- Comprehensive annual wellness evaluation
- Personalized preventive health planning which includes InBody scan testing for weight management et al.
- Urgent care in-office testing e.g. strep, flu, covid, EKG, urinalysis, earwax irrigation, etc.
- Medication review and management
- Coordination of specialty care
- Review and explanation of laboratory and imaging results
- Assistance navigating the healthcare system
- House visits, as appropriate
Routine laboratory, imaging tests and prescriptions will be submitted to your insurance and be subject to your health insurance plan’s terms.
*Section 71308 of the federal law (the One Big Beautiful Bill Act) allows utilization of HSA for payment of DPC/concierge services up to $150 per month for an individual.
